Dr. Reed Faldet
Dr. Reed Faldet is a part time dentist and full time real estate investor. He owns and operates dental practices in his home state of Iowa. Reed has always had a passion for real estate and has managed to build an eight figure real estate portfolio. His portfolio includes dental and medical offices, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Reed’s primary goal is to help other private practicing dentists grow their networth through owning real estate. He wants to help as many private practicing dentists as he can through partnerships and the sharing of valuable information.
Dr. Andrew Welling
Dr. Andrew Welling is an orthodontist and co-owner of a multi-location practice based in Utah. His interest in real estate led to opportunities working with a real estate private equity firm raising capital for large commercial asset acquisitions. His experience working with private equity has provided valuable knowledge in deal sourcing, deal structure, capital raising, debt sourcing, and asset acquisition. Driven by a passion for supporting colleagues, he actively mentors professionals on the journey to real estate ownership. Dr. Welling’s goal is to help as many colleagues as possible enhance their practice and financial stability through real estate ownership.
